How to request your visa letter

1. Fill out the form and click submit
2. Send a copy of your passport and hotel booking confirmation to pandmvisaenquiry@ubm.com
3. Once we have received the above, we will process your visa letter request. Expect a response from us within 48 hours (dependent on demand)
4. We will contact you only if we have any queries or once we've processed your letter

Please ensure that you only request a visa letter once you have registered for Facilities Show and have your accommodation.
